Rhonda Cowern, PT, DPT, CertDN, CCRT

Rhonda Cowern is the founder and owner of Moab Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation. She graduated from University of Utah in Salt Lake City in 2012 with a Doctorate of Physical Therapy, and earned her certification in trigger point dry needling in 2016. Rhonda’s love of animals led her to pursue an animal rehabilitation certification, graduating from Canine Rehabilitation Institute in 2023. Rhonda has seamlessly integrated animal rehabilitation into her practice. Check out the Mighty Dog PT page for more information.

Rhonda has lived in Moab since 2006; you can find her enjoying the outdoors with her dogs and often other rescue pups. Fostering dogs is her main hobby as well as mountain biking, hiking, and snowboarding with her husband TJ.


Stephanie Hayes, PT, DPT, OCS

Stephanie Hayes graduated from the University of Utah with a Doctorate in Physical Therapy in 2019. She then went on to pursue her Orthopedic Physical Therapy Residency at the University of Utah and the US Department of Veterans Affairs the following year. Stephanie is a Board Certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist and has a specific interest in treating orthopedic conditions of the spine, head and jaw. She also focuses on treating conditions of the hands and is experienced with custom fabrication of splints and orthoses. Stephanie enjoys trail running, mountain biking and hiking with her husband, Taylor, and her son, Hank.


Chloe Hollis, Physical Therapist Assistant

Chloe Hollis is a Physical Therapist Assistant with clinical experience in home health, orthopedic rehabilitation, and acute care physical therapy. In 2016 she graduated with honors from San Juan College in Farmington, NM. She brings 15 years of diverse experience working in education, personal care, and small business to Moab Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation.
Throughout her previous careers she consistently focused on improving outcomes and realizing success for students, clients, and patients. Since 2020 Chloe has offered reiki and intuitive energy healing to address root causes in mind-body-spirit. (Learn more at chloehollis.com). She is excited to serve our community and make Moab a healthier, happier place by providing quality one-on-one care to her patients.
Chloe and her husband, Nate, hail from Western Colorado and have lived in Moab since 2013 with their dog, Taj, where they enjoy hiking, mountain biking, rafting, and skiing in the heart of Utah’s canyon country.
