Rhonda Cowern is a physical therapist and owner of Moab Physical Therapy and Rehab. She graduated from University of Utah in Salt Lake City in 2012 with a doctorate of Physical Therapy, and certification in trigger point dry needling in 2016.

Her bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology from Western Colorado University in Gunnison, Colorado in 2004 lead her to specialize in training endurance runners, cyclists, and adventure racers. Her strong background in coaching is a perfect match for the rehabilitation process making sure everyone reaches individual goals. Techniques include one-on-one therapy sessions and patient/family education.

Rhonda has lived in Moab since 2006 and enjoys the outdoors, including mountain biking, hiking, and snowboarding with her husband, TJ, and her Underdog pack when not fostering rescue dogs.

 


 

Stephanie Hayes, PT, DPT, OCS

Stephanie Hayes graduated from the University of Utah with a DPT in 2019 and then went on the pursue her Orthopedic Physical Therapy Residency at the University of Utah and the Veterans Association the following year. She has a specific interest in orthopedic conditions of the spine, including the head and neck. She also focuses on treating headaches, dizziness, post-concussion syndrome, and TMJ dysfunction. Stephanie enjoys trail running with her husband and her border collie, Cedar and she is working to become a more adept gardener and succulent cultivator.

Chloe Hollis is a Physical Therapist Assistant with clinical experience in home health, orthopedic rehabilitation, and acute care physical therapy. In 2016 she graduated with honors from San Juan College in Farmington, NM. She brings 15 years of diverse experience working in education, personal care, and small business to Moab Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation.

Throughout her previous careers she consistently focused on improving outcomes and realizing success for students, clients, and patients. She is excited to serve our community and make Moab a healthier, happier place by providing quality one-on-one care to her patients.

Chloe and her husband, Nate, hail from Western Colorado and have lived in Moab since 2013 where they enjoy hiking, mountain biking, rafting, and skiing in the heart of Utah’s canyon country.
